SAAKAAR was established in 1991 with a view to provide quality architectural services under one roof, such as planning, designing, detailing and liaison services.

Ar. Sandeep Prabhu and Ar. Makarand Parange are the Principal architects and founding partners of this firm. At SAAKAAR, we believe in providing top quality service in a fair and responsible way without compromising on our values and principles. As a result we can boast of an impressive list of satisfied clients and completed projects.

Our projects include Residential, Commercial, Educational, Administrative & Public Buildings, Townships and IT parks. We provide design, layout planning, detailing, approvals/ liasoning services and consultancy for site execution.

We have been associated with SAAKAAR Architects for almost two decades, during which they have provided an array of liaison architect services for our projects in Thane. SAAKAAR has played an essential role in the smooth execution and completion of our Everest World and Everest Countryside projects. Everest World is a complex of 21 buildings, including a podium and a clubhouse. Everest Countryside comprises six buildings (Daffodil, Petunia, Marigold, Anthurium, Iris, and Jasmine), a clubhouse, and a parking tower. They were appointed to manage the following services: * Coordinating between the sanctioning authorities (TMC), the principal architect, and our in-house architect. * Following up with various departments and government authorities. As our liaison architects, SAAKAAR has demonstrated their qualifications and efficiency in ensuring proper coordination between all entities involved in the construction project. Their team is well- versed in all the legal formalities and rules related to construction, ensuring that the vision for our Thane projects aligns seamlessly with the complex regulatory requirements. Saakaar team is liaison Architects for Runwal Gardens and Runwal MyCity, both the integrated townships in MMR region. Saakaar is an expert on the issues of integrated township projects.
