SAAKAAR was established in 1991 with a view to provide quality architectural services under one roof, such as planning, designing, detailing and liaison services.
Ar. Sandeep Prabhu and Ar. Makarand Parange are the Principal architects and founding partners of this firm. At SAAKAAR, we believe in providing top quality service in a fair and responsible way without compromising on our values and principles. As a result we can boast of an impressive list of satisfied clients and completed projects.
We also believe in growth of our employees in terms of experience and knowledge. The firm believes in enhancing educational opportunities for fresh graduates/ Trainee architects. Every year, we give opportunity to under-graduate/ Trainee architects to do their internship for a period of six months or more as required. This gives them opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure to the live projects from drawing board to reality.
Our projects include Residential, Commercial, Educational, Administrative & Public Buildings, Townships and IT parks. We provide design, layout planning, detailing, approvals/ liasoning services and consultancy for site execution. Our Firm provides services for Redevelopment schemes, right from preparation of project report up to completion of the project and handing over to the society.

Ar. Sandeep Prabhu
Ar. Sandeep Prabhu has experience of more than 31 years in the field of Architecture.
Ar. Sandeep Prabhu is registered with Council of Architecture, New Delhi, having membership as fellow Member of the Indian Institute of Architects. He is also elected as Chairman of IIA Maharashtra Chapter.
